Resonant Spaces offers a variety of evidence-based trainings focusing on the cultivation of mindfulness and mindful self-compassion. Our work always centers on guiding individuals toward cultivating their own vibrant lives.

In studies, Mindfulness has been found to reduce anxiety, burnout, symptoms of stress, depression and mind-wandering. Additionally, it been found to increase immune function, moral reasoning and ethical decision making. Mindfulness has also shown to increase emotional resilience, creative thinking, mood and improve overall well-being.

Mindfulness training was powerful in recognizing one’s own body, sensations and even unpleasant feelings with which can be reorganized and healed.
